Thank you very much for your email. I had been meaning to send a note to say how thrilled I am with the Intralace System, so your email is a good prompt to do just that. The whole process, from my consultation with Chris Hall through to my latest visit for a first adjustment last week with Ulrika (sp?), has been an entirely enjoyable and positive experience. Enjoyable because every single member of staff with whom I have come into contact has been a delight to deal with, keen to get it right for me and to help me look good. I love, love, love my hair. So far so good, no major problems at all and the number of comments I have received on my new hairstyle has been amazing! It's not a life-changer, but I feel so much better now when I look in the mirror and no longer see my scalp shining through what seemed to be my ever-thinning hair!

If I suddenly have any issues or questions with the Intralace System, I'll certainly get in touch, but for now consider that Lucinda Ellery has one very contented customer!
