Delivery and Shipping

Lucinda Ellery Ltd is open Tuesday to Saturday. We aim to dispatch online orders the following day, however during busy periods, dispatch may be delayed an extra day or two. No charges will be made to your credit card until the goods are dispatched. Online or telephone orders placed on a Saturday will be despatched the following Tuesday.

All products despatched require a signature – please ensure the delivery address provided will be able to receive your order.

If Next Day delivery is required between Tuesday and Friday, orders must be placed before 4pm over the phone - please contact us directly on 0844 567 8899.

Delivery on all online orders placed are for delivery within the UK mainland only. If you require a delivery for Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man or any of the offshore islands in Scotland or International Delivery to Europe/ Asia / Australia / Africa / USA we would need to be contacted on 0844 567 8899 so that the additional delivery costs can be calculated. Please refer to our Contact Us section to be able to do this before placing any orders.

Accuracy of content

Lucinda Ellery has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Lucinda Ellery shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays

Occasionally, the product order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Changes to legal notices

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Returns to Lucinda Ellery Ltd are committed to complete customer satisfaction.

Lucinda Ellery offers a 14 day refund policy on all products purchased online providing that proof of purchase is supplied. Postage and packaging is non-refundable. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on used items, unless the product is damaged or faulty. Please contact us on 0844 567 8899 if you have any queries regarding our refund and exchange policy. Refund is by cheque only. Please note we are unable to refund payment card used for security reasons. Please allow 7 days to receive cheque refund. Postage not refunded.
