Summer is coming to an end and soon we will be subjecting our hair and skin to harsher weather conditions. Winter can often take a toll on our hair making it dry, frizzy and unmanageable. We recommend using a shampoo which is specially suited to your scalp, i.e. Pure Resource (normal to oily), Sensi Balance (sensitive scalp), Vitamino Colour (Coloured Hair), Intense Repair or Absolute Repair (dry hair). In addition we also recommend using a conditioner like Intense Repair Masque, Absolute Repair Masque or Nioxin Silk Elixir as a leave-in moisturiser. This will help to nourish and protect your hair against the changing seasons and can be used alongside products you would typically purchase for your hair care.
For the months of September and October 2010 clients that book in for an Intralace System™ wash will receive a complementary L’Oreal in salon conditioning treatment worth £17.62 (Inc VAT).
For your individual hair care needs please do not hesitate to speak to a member of the styling team who will be happy to give you advice and the confidence you need to maintain your hair.
We have had an overwhelming response following the Channel Four documentary “Girls on the Pull” which was aired on Friday 16th July. We have been inundated with emails and calls from ladies with Trichotillomania who all mentioned that they found the documentary informative and helpful.
We would like to commend and thank our two clients Amelia and Harriet who were featured in the documentary. They spoke incredibly well and they looked fantastic.
If you happened to miss the documentary then please follow the link on our website www.lucindaellery-hairloss.co.uk.
We have many clients that have now booked their consultations with Lucinda over the next few months with a view to using our Intralace System™ to help them manage their TTM.
We are pleased to announce that Manchester is now carrying out Realignments. To book your appointment please contact our team on 0844 567 8899.
Lucinda and our client Amelia were interviewed by GMTV’s Lorraine Kelly who focused the interview on Trichotillomania and the services we offer for our clients with TTM. In addition there was also an article in the Daily Mail regarding the services available to clients with fine hair, thinning hair, patchy hair loss or total hair loss.
Clients are often very relieved to read personal journeys of others living with a hair loss problem. They often find it a comfort when these experiences are shared.
If you are not already on our Model Register and if the opportunity presents itself and you are happy to participate in a magazine, newspaper or television interviews, then please email your profile to Miriam@lucindaellery.com or Kelly@lucindaellery.com.
Our diary is already busy in the run up to Christmas This year our London and Manchester studios will be closed from 6pm on Thursday the 23rd of December 2010 and will re-open on Tuesday the 4th of January 2011.
We continue to receive your thoughtful letters and emails regarding your experience with Lucinda Ellery Consultancy. It is very motivating for all of us to receive such positive feedback and we are delighted to know you are happy with our services.
We do pride ourselves in offering a personal service and are always on hand to speak to you at your appointments or over the telephone.
