Clients with Trichotillomania (TTM)

Lucinda Ellery Consultancy offers one-to-one consultations for clients with TTM. Please note that one-to-one consultations are voluntary and free of charge. These sessions are invaluable to the management of your TTM, they help support you and provide you with the tools and techniques you need to manage your TTM effectively.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for TTM Clients

CBT is a mixture of cognitive and behavioural therapies that are often combined. This form of therapy is aimed to facilitate you to change the way that you think, behave and feel. CBT aids various conditions both mentally and physically, i.e. obsessive-compulsive disorders, habits such as facial tics, depression, chronic pain, anger, eating disorders and post traumatic stress.

We have collated a database over the last several months of CBT therapists who work directly with patients who have TTM and we may be able to refer you to a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist within your county.

Intralace System™ Partings and Guarantee Period

The life span of Intralace System™ partings differs greatly from one client to another. Clients will be expected to pay for partings twice a year as each parting lasts between 4½ and 5 months. We respect however, that every client is unique and therefore treats their hair differently. If a parting is required outside of the normal purchasing period it will be replaced for you complimentary. Please speak to one of the managers within studio if you have any questions.

Complimentary Styling Lessons

Please note that complimentary styling lessons are available for you. If you would like some tips or advice on how to manage and style your new hair, you can book these alongside your hair appointments.

A New Era in Professional Hair Colour INOA

We now have L’Oreal INOA permanent hair colour available. This is the latest technology in permanent colour. It is suitable for all clients. INOA has a smooth, velvety texture, is odourless and ammonia free for optimum scalp comfort. The hair fibre is better protected for a softer touch which helps to maintain hair smoothness. It has perfect coverage for white hair and a breakthrough oil base that optimises the effectiveness of the colouration system, whilst providing 2 x more protection of the lipids found in the natural protective layer on the hair, compared to a traditional permanent hair colourant.

Hair Miles

In November 2009 we launched our Hair Miles Client Reward Scheme for existing client’s to reap the benefits of Hair Miles credits which has been a great success. By simply recommending a friend to Lucinda Ellery Consultancy, you could receive Hair Miles credits to the value of 10% of what your friend spends on their first application of hair.
