NHS Funding

We are pleased to announce that an NHS primary care trust in the west country has agreed to fund, along with our reduced fee, a hairloss management system for a fourteen year old boy with post burn scarring of the scalp and back area. We feel that our hair management system will greatly improve the young mans quality of life. Although NHS funding is not guaranteed and can be difficult to obtain, we currently have twenty five clients being funded by various primary care trusts around the UK and Ireland.

Lucinda Ellery Consultancy realises this is a difficult time for some. Intralace System™ clients are welcome to cap their adjustment times, please let the reception team know when scheduling your adjustment appointment and on the day of your appointment please to let your technician know.

We recommend adjustment appointments at a six weekly interval for comfort. These appointments can however, be scheduled with a little more time in between if clients are happy to do so. If clients are finding the maintenance appointments difficult financially, please do not hesitate to talk to our client relationship manager, Miriam Afford regarding a maintenance plan specifically designed just for you on 0844 567 8899 ext 1009.

10 Years Younger

Vivienne Tremain, an Intralace System™ client of Lucinda Ellery Consultancy, was featured on Channel 4 in June 2008. We have recently been contacted to say that they would like to interview Vivienne again as part of their 'revisits'.

Vivienne met with the producers and new presenter, Myleene Klass recently and the program is due to be aired in the next few months. The diy diva overwhelmed the crew with her gorgeous hair and youthful appearance.

Advance Appointment Bookings

We understand that many clients now book their appointments quite far in advance, particularly for a Saturday. You are welcome to do this, but please bear in mind that from time to time we may need to reschedule appointments due to staff giving reasonable notice for annual leave and unforeseen absences beyond our control. We will, of course do everything possible to honour your preferred appointment time or date.
